Here's a Sim I made using a shirt I made. I hope it works, it's my first Sim-upload.

Open your paint/photo editing program and make a new page.
Go back into bodyshop adjust the veiw of your sim by pressing and holding F3 or F5 then when you have a nice veiw of your sim let goof the mouse and on the right hand side of your keyboard usually near the top you will see a button saying Print Screen or it might say prtsc or it might say prtsc sysrq mine says the last one my old keyboard says the first one.
Then go back into your editing program psp adobe paint etc whatever it is and click on paste and your image will be whatever you can see on your screen the toolbar at the bottem of your screen etc so you cut them off and your done!!
