If you mean for your pregnant sims to wear them, then you need Squinges "Pregnant Sims wear Any Outfit" hack which you can get here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=7238 You just buy the outfits as you would normal everyday clothes, and when they'ew pregnant, you can choose everyday and these clothes will show with the "bump" Hope that helps.
