It has a lovely garden behind the garage, and a sunroom on the front that can be used as an office or a small sitting room.
Specs: 3 bedrooms (2 small ones upstairs, room for two or three kids) 2 bathrooms, both downstairs (one only has access from inside the master bedroom) Solarium on the front of the house Living room Kitchen Solarium dining room on the back of the house Wrap-around deck Single car garage 3x3 lot size Cost: 70K furnished 39K unfurnished (except for bathrooms and outdoor items) Custom Content: White tile wall, and gravel and rocks groundcover by me. This lot only requires Nightlife. I have uninstalled UNI, OFB and FFS and only have NL installed at this time. If you have any problems installing this lot or using it, please let me know. I usually mention the EPs required near the bottom, but I may start putting it in the title too, just to avoid confusion. As it happens, I did uninstall so that I could build lots that people could use if they didn't have UNI or OFB. I always feel bad that some people aren't able to use my lots. The EP club can feel rather exclusive sometimes if you're on the outside looking in. I'll leave it this way for a while, and then probably install OFB and or UNI again after a few weeks. Not sure about FFS though, that was pretty much a waste of $20. Thank you for your nice comments.
