He wanted a modern house with lots of windows and a raised living room with space for his grand piano. I call this model "Hollywood" because that's what it reminds me of.
Specs: 2 bedrooms (including a master suite that has an attached room that can be used as an office or study, or you could put gym equipment in it) 2 bathrooms Large living room/dining room (raised) Spacious kitchen with bar seating for three TV/game room upstairs above the kitchen 2 car garage swimming pool Deck off the kitchen overlooking the pool 4x3 lot size Cost: 154K mostly furnished (piano not included) 108K unfurnished (except for kitchen) Custom Content: Outdoor Yucca plant by 4EFS (http://www.4eversimfantasy.net/outdoor2.htm) Modern Windows & Doors by SimGedöhns (http://SimGedohns) Invisible driveway by roddyaleixo (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875) Gravel groundcover made by me Furnished model also includes: L'Petite Atrium - Patio Chair, Umbrella Table and Large Potted Yucca by Grapholina (http://www.grapholina.com/index.php) The grand piano in the pictures can be found here. Note: If you want to change the color of the outside of this house, you will need to choose a solid color with no lines. The way the garage is made so that it connects to the foundation makes the walls go funky around the garage doors. As long as you use a solid color, you won't even notice it.
