Like the last one, this is based on a real house, my grandmother's. The garden is partially 'made up' but it is super cute. I did test it so I think it's bug free. Comes in at around $109k fully furnished and garden is well developed. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + 1 ensuite, 2 living areas, 1 dining room. I think that's everything... enjoy!

XPTL297 - It's fully furnished, I think that would be the main reason. I didn't do the greatest previews for this one so it's hard to see... before I uploaded a furnished and unfurnished version of a lot on the exchange, and hardly anyone downloaded the unfurnished one, so I've stuck with furnishing them.
