3x3 Lot 2 Floors 3 beds - master bed features a HUGE master bath 4 baths Price: Around 134000 (I forgot to check, but that's around how much it costed to move my sim in) This house has been sitting in a folder for over a month because I didn't want to furnish it. Ah well, here it is now and I must say that it is a beautiful home. There is a bonus room on the first floor. The master bedroom has an office attached to it and a balcony. The master bath is huge, you can even turn it into a spare bedroom and small bathroom if you are lacking space. I know that Nightlife is definately required because of the garage and that's about it. I'd just say that the others are probably necessary because I might have used a painting or light from a different EP.

Actually, and unfortunately, it's been my experience that if you have all EPs, then your users will need all EPs too, even if you didn't use any items from the EPs. What will happen is that the lot will install, and you might not get a message saying that an EP is required, but it will not load and the hourglass will just turn and turn and the only way out (that I know of) is to reboot.
