Title: some affordable Lots
Post by: Sleepycat on June 23, 2005, 05:19:44 am
7 Lots for your sims, all under $20,000, all have 2 floors

note: all bedrooms are 4 tiles by 4 tiles, thats the size I perfer, since my sims only sleep and woohoo in their bedrooms I see no reason to waste space, should be fairly easy to add on if you wish bigger bedrooms.
All have been designed for easy expansion because I dislike having to remodel a entire house just to add one more bedroom or whatever.

30 Lakeside Drive - $19,304 - 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms

20 Lakeside Drive - $18,260 - 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms

70 Middle Lane - $12,985 - 1 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms

50 Middle Lane - $19,655 - 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms plus a small extra room

40 Middle Lane - $14,025 - 1 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms

45 Middle Lane - $15,334 - 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms

35 Middle Lane - $16,163 - 1 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms

*hopes people like them*

files have been replaced and are clean now

Edit - these require the Uni EP I think

your welcome Tim  :D

50 Middle Lane was suppose to have a backdoor, I ahh...forgot it and then I saw the price so I figured it would have to wait

I was trying for usable homes that also had interesting roofs    I like making the neighborhood look nice and with Nightlife coming... heh, I even did some Lots with just water and trees for decoration(sp?) I used the slightly buggy lots, the Goth property made a nice pond and the Pleasant property made a really nice tree lined river      dang now I'm silly tired, time to try to sleep again!

I usually go for the 5x5 lots in my game, but I'd actually download some of these houses for it, very nicely done. Excellent work!

I torn down the beach houses in Pleasantview and reused the lots(unless Maxis-made sims were living on them before I deleted them all, those lots became decorations for my neighborhood with lots of water and trees)

I have more Maxis houses to tear down and their on bigger lots I think.   5x5 lots are just to big for me    but I could do some up, I enjoy building.  hmmmm come to think of it I haven't messed with the bigger lot sizes in months so this could be really fun!

Do you have a price range you perfer?

I got some sleep but I'm still really tired so I'll probably end up doing some building after I play abit with some of my sims.

Well I have been trying not to use the motherlode cheat as much, it's time my sims needed to work
I get their houses furnished with basics, better and extras they have to earn!   but my neighborhood does need some higher priced houses, I need a few more rich familys to balance out my really poor ones

Silly Sleepy! lol.. My sims still work to, but I mostly use it to build those big houses then when I get them working, I try not to use it to much, but by then I've given them so much money already that they dont need to really work much anyway lol.. But at least when having a rich sim, that person wants so much in the house that I lose alot of that money quickly from having to buy all the stuff they want there lol..
