I downloaded them, made an expermental re-color and discovered they do an interesting trick. While my sim is wearing them, almost every top (MAXIS shirts) become "Body builder". This opens a complete new door to making very versitile skins.

Even sewaters, long sleeve shirts, tank tops revert to the BB with these pants. These pants actually eleminates the need to have tons of different top meshes.

I also love the way the pants and the shoes "meet" each other. I would really love more of those "accidental genius moments". Although I have been having a BLAST in Body Shop copying all my male pants onto this mesh OMG a whole new wardrobe!!! But when I cloned a Sim for a little "fashion show" there are some pretty strange things going on with some of the tops. Some of the collars turn into really bizarre turtle necks, while v-necks seem to have one side go up their neck to their ear. I also saw the strange indents on their arms in front and back, like you sliced a ken doll's arms lol. At least a good majority of tops seem to work ok, just a shame, as this would be an instant wardrobe for this body type.
I vote for a choice of keeping the "body" mesh of these pants or getting just a "bottom" -- but of course, this is completely up to our master mesher here! Either way I'm happy, I gots new BOY CLOTHES!! Title: Slim BB : trousers only Post by: Chazz on August 27, 2006, 06:37:29 am Thank you!
