As I indicated in my tutorial, the TXTR format between TS2 and University changed. I don't know exactly why, but if you migrate certain textures from University or Nightlife, they don't always show up in the TS2 Body Shop. If you want to go through and independently verify each of the work in TS2, you can update the titles appropriately. The undies you posted, however, only work in Uni and NL. I am assuming your other outfits will likely follow suit.
