Title: Bodyshop "Collection" utility Post by: The Mule on August 16, 2006, 10:02:14 am Has anyone come up with a mod that allows "Collections" to be accessable in bodyshop? I know Warlock set up "Collections" for in-game use, but for some reason my bodyshop really bogs down loading all the clothes, and then it takes a week and a half to find the piece of clothing or whatever that I need. Anyhelp?:hello2:
Title: Same thing Post by: Simplistic69 on August 16, 2006, 11:14:31 am I have the same issue, and was just a few days ago thinking the same thing, but for me that it's not JUST Bodyshop that takes forever. The game itself takes a good 5 minutes before it starts "re-reticulating" anything.
And related to that thought - I was also thinking of how great it would be if we could have different body types sorted into groups in-game. When I want to find a specific "heroine" outfit, I have to look through a bazillion outfits that are not sorted out by any means. Same thing with Warlocks dizzying array of body choices. If I want to create a Sim with a default body, I have to go over 100 pages back to find what I'm looking for. Maybe someone of greater skill than I could modify the menu subsets to choose what bodytype you want and then you would be looking at a folder that had JUST clothing for that body type. If only Maxis allowed for expansion in the fat/fit section. It seems that would have eliminated part of the problem. |
