When I display it on my sims in the CAS, it looks like the top is just alittle wider than the bottom part where the sim body is supposed to meet. I've tried with 34D natural and 38 bottom as well, with the same result. I've got the meshes for them all. If you look at the original screenshot, the shirt flares out from the body there too.

The tshirts are flush with the tummy, but the halter tops end just above the belly button. Here's the screens from the 34DD halter I released last year. The top and bottom sections actually join at the top of the pants/skirt, not at the bottom edge of the shirt.
