You will need Marvine and Beosboxboy's Slimmer body builder mesh here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=19759 And his suit mesh here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=21326 Also, for the Body Builder version their mesh is here: http://www.insimenator.net/forumdisplay.php?f=319 And his suit mesh here: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=12460 The Stethescope comes with mesh but "hides" in larger chest sizes.
