This is a recolor of a mesh by www.rosesims2.net (http://www.rosesims2.net). (not included. 1st hair on page 7 of hair section) (http://img267.imageshack.us/img267/579/streakspreview2yg3.jpg) It's available for females, all ages except toddlers, and you shouldn't need any expansion packs to use it.
