Technical Stuff Pets,Uni,nightlife,ofb,Family fun,and Glamour required. (although im not certain about uni and ffs as i didnt use any objects from them, install with cleaninstaller). It is on a medium to large sized lot so it should work pretty fast as their are no music speakers.(they make comm lots slower). Also it is custom content free and hack-free. Enjoy.
