You will need the adorable mesh found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=206934 to use them :D
I also wrote sirlemoncurd about permission to use her/his alfa to make a layerable hairline I used the same texture as the hair so they match perfect.( I have not heard back and they have not been on MTS2 since Oct 9 th ) but I am giving full credit to them for the hard work and super idea !
