The skintone came with the Sim...what I CAN tell you is that I went into Body Shop to do some work so I took a look at him. He is supposed to be a rendition of the blonde guy Sawyer from the TV show LOST. I don't know his real name, but a search for that fella may find you this treasure! ;)
