Title: Real House 1 Post by: Ozzucay on December 26, 2006, 06:22:27 pm Okay, I'm trying something new to me. I'm working on a bunch of houses that are based on real places I've lived in. This is the first one.
This is the place I lived in my senior year of college. That alone explains why the decor is not the greatest. I was surprised at how much maxis stuff actually looked like stuff we had in college. But I was trying to make the floor plan right. Feel free to bend, fold, spindle, mutililate, or otherwise redecorate. Just do me a favor and don't upload it anywhere. It's a duplex and is suitable for 2 families or a large group of college kids if you put it in a university neighborhood. Each side has a living room/lounge, dining room, kitchen, full basement, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. It does come partially furnished (I forgot to put furniture in the bedrooms, lol) Cost: $66,844 partly furnished. Lot Size: 3x3 Custom content: None, I could have made it much prettier but I don't want to make my pet archangel angry. :rofl: Requires: University, Nightlife, and OFB expansion packs.
