I failed to mention...this is not a house I built, It's the Just Right house from the base game. This house is unfurnished. I have two versions here: 1. First Version is the actual contest version. This version has pay content mapped into it so if you don't have the content, the house will look funny when you get it in your game. Also which version did you download? Is it possible you are missing one of the meshes? I can't imagine why that would cause it to crash but one never knows. The negative price is certainly an indicator that all is not right with the installation of the house.
