This lot is modeled on my current home, but much bigger. We don't have a garage or a pool, but hey, who's perfect? :) This home comes in 2 versions, lazy and not lazy. Okay, furnished and not. Both versions have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study, kitchen, dining room, game room and pool. Unfurnished version will cost your sim $54,938. The furnished version will run $154,768. There is no custom content. I used my laptop which only has the base game, Uni, NL, and OFB installed. None of the stuff packs and Pets aren't anywhere near it. :) And if someone wants to help out with more or better screenshots, I would appreciate it.
