Title: Hacked Item Collection Icons for the finicky or "lost" player Post by: BionixWV33 on January 25, 2007, 04:09:41 am If you're either particular about having your hacked buy mode objects in their own collections folder, or you get "lost" while playing, and have to ask someone where a specific hacked item is, like my "cough, ahem, cough" wife does (love ya Tonya), then these icons will be a benefit. They are made to work with all EP's, though if you have Pets or NL installed, there's two extra icons you might want to use. The icon legend, which is included in the download, is as follows:
CH = Community Hacks CV = Custom Vehicles HA = Hacked Appliances HD = Hacked Decor HE = Hacked Electronics HF = Hacked Furniture HM = Hacked Miscilaneous PH = Pet Hacks Each icon has the initials on it, as listed above. So, just download, unzip/unrar, and place the icons into: My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Collections/Icons Then fire up your game and start placing whatever hacked objects you have into the appropriate folder. Trust me, you'll thank me the first time, if you're like me, when a "lost" player doesn't ask you where such and such hacked item is,lol. I'm separating items by age (have reclassified objects for how old you have to be to use them). I'm fed-up that I build a nice bedroom for a child and a teen sleep on it. Make it princesse like and a boy lays down. Besides no more mama going to bed with papa to husby. All that causes a mess that need specific icons.
CH, TN, AD, ED. :):):). At the moment I'm using Maxis icons but they are not so specific and I need long to settle.
