It's not very special, I'm not a master building houses :D Just a basic home with 2 bedrooms :) No custom content included. House is furnished, not much, but there's everything for sims to start their lives and survive. And thank you Dinki for that information about EP's :) I thought I have sometimes downloaded houses made by people who have Family Fun Stuff installed, which I don't have, and i got those houses to my game, but I can remember wrong :D (This really explains one problem with a house once...)
