no hack doors needed.. that changing into/out of outerwear is all thanks to Maxis. It is very annoying, whats the point in having REAL clothes (not outerwear) if you cant show them off outside. Maxis thought it would be really funny though, to watch sims stop at the door to change into outerwear before walking outside, and then stop again at the door on the way back inside to change back into everyday, or whatever they were wearing before going out. but yet they feel pregnant sims, and toddlers should freeze, because pregnant sims have no outerwear, and the toddlers do not change before going in or out. you have to manually take them to a maxis changing table, have their parents change them into outerwear, take them outside, and when your done they have to repeat the process to change the babies back into whatever they had on before. :smt120

Mine aint workin. This is the only file in my downloads folder. So no conflict there. Here are two screen shots of what is happening. This is a non preg female She can't even plan her everyday clothing anymore and she is the 5th generation in the family, so there is a shit load of clothing. This only started happening the minute I put this hack in. No error logs but still its hiding some menu items. I pulled it out and it worked fine. I have all the EPS and all the patches. Again no custom clothing, Sims, or hacks. This is a clean install.

I'm having the exact same problem. This is also the only hack I had in the download file when tested.

I'm having the same issue.  No sim can choose everyday, outerwear or gym with this installed.  I haven't tested it with a pregnant sim yet.  I removed it and all of the dresser functions are available again

Having said that I noticed for some strange reason with the previous version of this installed (for pets) that after my sim changed into her sleepwear she would indeed wear the same custom nightgown she had when not pregnant through all trimesters but not change into everyday wear the same way. Oh well. I'm so thrilled this is up and running! *cheers* I couldn't imagine playing the game now without at least a half dozen or so of your wonderful creations. Simply put, they should be standard in everyone's games ^^

I am afraid I have to report the same problem. NO sim can pick everyday outfits. I tried with all of them. The only other hack I have is the censor blur remover.

Hi Squinge, I am having the same problem also.  None of my sims can plan everyday.

Hiya, I have also come to report the missing 'plan outfit, everyday' option.  Ive gone through the usual motions of trying to figure out whats causing this problem, ive deleted my custom content (no change), i then deleted my hacks and then the option came back up again.  The only hacks i have in my game are moniques computer, this maternity hack and the removal of the blur from nekkie sims, and after messing about with all three, ive come to the conclusion that it was this hack :(

Anyho just letting you know :)  Im not too worried, im sure youll be able to solve this issue in no time :)

but in my game and maybe in others( not sure) they cannot plan outfit... or plan outerwear.... using any dressers

It must be another mod you are using with this mod causing that to happen since nobody else has reported that problem :)

I'm almost positive that this would be to do with the clothing mesh, it certainly sounds bizarre if you tried it with outfits that worked before that showed the bump.

Hi! I don't know if it's because I have Cristianlov's Sim boutique clothing rack in my game, but this mod was conflicting with some other CC and I had to delete it from my game in order to make my outerwear menu show up on my dressers

Hey Squinge, quick question... I have this mod in my game but there is still an option to "plan maternity" outfit for those sims who are not pregnant and men as well. Is this an error or problem?

Thanks for the terrific hack, but it seems to be playing chos with my little ones now.  Any LOGIC toy is a no go (my toddlers won't play...the icon to play the item comes up, then straight away disappears) and also I cannot change their appearance.  When I dis-engaged the hack, all these problems were fixed.  I know I am being a pain the in patootie, but thought you would like to know.

I have moved everything out of my downloads folder because I had noticed yesterday, that when I went to change my sims clothes the everyday and formal were not there.
I only have Pregnant Sims Rub Own Belly inteen all EPs SP <-- this works in seasons and the dresser showed everyday and formal along with everything else.
Then I added Pregnancy Wear Any Outfit EP5 and started the game and the everyday and formal were gone. So I removed the rub belly and left the Pregnancy Wear Any Outfit EP5 to see if its still was having the problem and yes it was. So in my game at least this mod is not working too well..

This hack won't work in my game. When it's in my game, my sim can't plan any outfit but PJ's, Outerwear, Swimwear and Undies. She's stuck in whatever Everyday outfit I put her in last. When I took out the pregnancy mod everything was back to normal. I have alot of hacks so I scan with the Hack Conflict Detection Program and it detects no conflicts. Is there anything I can do to get it to work?

No, this is by design -- I have the EP3 version (don't have Seasons yet) and those options are available for me too.  In the first case, it can be considered as pre-planning your outfit before you need it, and in the second -- well, let's just say that pregnancy in The Sims 2 is not just for women...

Have you tried the sims 2 hack conflict detection utility? (http://www.simwardrobe.com) to check for a possible mod conflict.
This mod isn't compatible with my dress naked mod.

The pregnancy any outfit EP5 is what was doing it.
it was the only thing in my downloads folder when I was testing out the game to see what was conflicting with the dresser.

I didn't even have any of my objects, hair, accessories, clothes nothing in my downloads folder.  


I'll try the hack conflict detection utility for all the rest of the hacks I have.

Are you getting anywhere with having the choose outerwear option?  It was quite frustrating to upload historical outerwear for my historical neighborhood and then discover they didn't have the option to choose it.  

I love this hack for all neighbhorhoods but now I'm having to choose between my choices of outerwear for all and my choices of pregnancy wear for a few.

I'd scan my downloads folder with Clean Installer, as this sounds like a hidden hack -- I just tested this (EP5 updated) with several Maxis and custom meshes that have pregnant morphs (both male and female) and got visible bellies every time.

I do seem to have one problem, though -- for some reason no one in the Greenman household can plan maternity. (The Roth family and the placed O'Mackey family both have that option, so I'm thinking it may have something to do with plantsims -- I'm going to download a plantsim potion and transform Morty or Gabe and see if the "plan maternity" option is still there.)

EDIT: Nothing to do with plantsims, Gabe O'Mackey retained the "Plan Maternity" option even after transformation and subsequent abduction.  However, the O'Mackey household doesn't have enough outerwear to be able to plan that, and the Greenman and McGreggor lots do (Leod also can't plan maternity -- I made him over with a new bodyshape and thus he needed a completely new wardrobe).  So it seems that when sims are able to plan outerwear, the option to plan maternity is overwritten in this version.  (And if this turns out to be an unresolvable problem, leave it this way -- plan maternity only affects attire on community lots, while outerwear can potentially affect attire on any lot).

I know a pregnant sime won't look pregnant in outerwear, but should a pregnant sim show the pregnancy bump wearing everyday clothes with this hack? I am asking because my pregnant sim doesn't appear to be pregnant unless she is walking and she in her 3 trimester. It looks silly.

Some outfits won't show the pregnancy. It really depends on the mesh the outfit was made with. Sometimes, when you put your sim in separates (top and bottom, rather than the whole outfit) the shirt will show the pregnancy, but the pants won't. It's kind of a hit or miss thing, but I still love it! If you go to All About Style (http://www.all-about-style.com/index.html) you'll find some outfits that can be used as maternity wear (and normal everyday wear). In fact, if you just do a search hear or on MTS2 for maternity wear you should find some stuff.

Umm, on christianlov's clothing rack hack it says it will not conflict with this pregnancy mod but here it says it does conflict. I would like to use this mod but I'm kind of scared it will conflict. :(

i really really loves this mod.... but it only half works on my game! if the sim is wearing a full body piece of clothing, it works fine, but if theyre wearing separate tops and bottoms, the bottoms don't have the belly bump, so it looks like this: http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i42/littlellama205/snapshot_92dcc63b_93128a66.jpg

the only other mod i have is your 'more pets in a house' one, but i dont think its that thats causing the problem, as it happened before i downloaded the more pets mod.

That is normal not all clothes give sims the bump.

Weird, I installed Inteen and the Pregnancy Wear Anything is still working fine.  I mean, it probably doesn't work w/ pregnant teens, haven't checked that, but w/ pregnant adults it's working fine.
Okay, tested it w/ pregnant teens.  In my game (a very hacked game I might add, although I am usually careful about possible conflicting hacks), it is working fine.  The teen has the option to change into pregnancy clothes (the ones that came w/ Inteen) or to remain in their normal outfit, and not look pregnant.  Also, my pregnant adult sims still have the wear anything option.  If anyone is curious I can list my hacks.

Should the new Sims Celebration Stuff pack effect the mod? Mine was working and now it isn't. I just got it today and I know it's a recent release, so no hurry if the mod has to be updated!

Does this work with the inteenimator? I have inteen and this hack and no one can pick their maternity. Am I doing something wrong?

If by work, do you mean that it will still allow pregnant adults to wear anything they like, then yes, it does work with Inteen.  If by work you mean will it allow teens to wear anything they like (and plan maternity wear) the answer is no, it does not work with Inteen.  It won't break your game, unless by broken you mean your teens will no longer be able to wear custom maternity wear.

Yeah it won't let my adults choose their clothing when they are pregnant. I'm going to reinstall the wear anything hack again and see if it helps. Thank you.

do not use this mod with the Inteenimater you can corrupt your game if you do. :)

That wouldn't have anything to do with the clothes racks on comm lots resetting my sims whenever I so much as hover over them, or causing a jump bug with the dressers would it? :(

When you install new ep's (including stuff packs) it's always a good idea to pull any mods until they're confirmed to work.

What happens when you try to use it? Do your sims still wear the normal default maxis maternity outfits, or is the problem that outfit you have your sim in doesn't show the 'bump'? If the second issue is the problem, then that's normal. What will show the pregnancy and what won't all depends on the mesh used to make the outfits. Try searching for maternity clothing here and on MTS2, and that should help get you started. All-About-Style  (http://www.all-about-style.com/)has some nice maternity wear too.
 
Also, if you're using a custom dresser rather than a maxis one, then that can be the root of your problem

Hmmm...well is the dresser you're using a maxis dresser, or a custom one you downloaded? Try using a different dresser, and if it works, then that was your problem.

Hey, I'm curious, Why not use it with the inteenimater?
I believe I had been using a previous version of both together and it seemed fine o.O

Check the Inteenimater Website for all the possible issues of using this Mod in the incompatible version.

I'm having some problems with this. I have all the games except Celebration, and before Seasons the mod worked fine, but today I tried this mod for the first time and it didn't work. Whenever I tried to make them plan outfits, it worked, and it showed for one second. Then it goes to Maxis maternity clothes. I redownloaded and it is still happening. The same happens with swimwear, pajamas, etc. Any ideas?

Have you tried the sims 2 hack conflict detection utility? (http://www.simwardrobe.com) to check for a possible mod conflict?

see this post, Inteenimater Users (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=43474) And you can always check on the Inteenimater Website (http://box156.bluehost.com/~aestudi1/forums/inteenimater/index.php) see if this Mod has been updated for Seasons there. Just make sure all of your questions about Inteen get posted there as well.

it doesn't work on teens or it just doesn't work at all if you have the inteenimater installed?

It doesn't work correctly if you have Inteen installed. Check the Inteenimater website for a version of this mod that will work with Inteenimater.

is there something that works like inteenimater that also works with the maternity clothing offered here.  i'm really tired of the clothes that come with the game.

Sorry to be a pain in the butt - I have a question regarding non-controlled pregnant sims on community lots.

I am playing with the inteen version, and I noticed that non-controlled pregnant sims are showing up in maxis maternitywear instead of their custom clothes on community lots. (specificially downtown) I was wondering if that is normal functionality for the version of this hack supported here?

It may be the Inteen version causing that :)

you say it is not compatable with dress naked mod... does that mean it conflicts? or just doesn't work if you dress naked. o: Also I have inteen but I never make my teen sims pregnant. is this okay?

Yes, that means it conflicts. This is also not compatable with inteen, so if you put both in your game, you'll have to do so at your own risk.

how the I put the hack into my gameonce I have extracted the file where do I put it?
And does this mod operate with any clothing and the sim will still look pregnent.

Just extract it into your Downloads folder (My Documents/EA Games/Downloads) and you're ready to go.

This hack will let your sims wear any clothes while pregnant, but not all clothes will show the pregnancy bump. It's all dependant on the clothing mesh, and whether or not the mesher has allowed for it. My suggestion would be for you to do a search (here, or MTS2 for example) for maternity clothes. Or, you can find a great list of sites with maternity wear on the sims2wiki site here (http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Content_List/Body_Shop_Content/Clothing/Maternity_Clothes).

It's worth noting, too, that this mesh will not show the pregnancy bump while your sims are wearing outerwear (if you have seasons).

Mine didn't work what did i do wrong

I found out, Inge's School Controller and Schools from Simlogial can interfere when School Uniforms are called for.
The option plan outfit - Maternity was dissappiered. Uninstalling the School Controller and School Mod solved the problem.

I've installed it and it works fine on the sims but... it clashes with the grand trianon collection from MTS2. (Flashing blue objects)

Before I had the old hack witch wasn't supposed to be compatible with seasons and Bon Voyage, but it worked for me. My sims actually was showing their belly when they were wearing outerwear with a pregnant morf, why can't your new ones do that?

It only shows if maxis made a belly mesh for that outfit.
