This mod allows all aspirations to get any lifetime want (i.e. romance Sims can get a LTW earn lots of money)

5/28/07 Fixed the Adventurer Career LTW so only teens & older get it.

Thank you, thank you!  Any chance (not to be asking for too much...just wondering) if you could get to "New Lifetime Wants" for Seasons in the near future?  I tried to pull an end-around (gave my Simmies artist and show business LTW with Pets, got them jobs, saved, then installed Seasons), but it didn't work :sad3:

But I'm grateful for all that you've already updated :)

Have you ever made a version of this that only affects career LTW's? So, say, a Fortune sim might want to be a Mad Scientist (Knowledge) or Mayor (Popularity), but they won't want to Max 7 Skills or Have 20 Best Friends?

ETA: posted here because if you already have it I'll be waiting for the download, and if not, but you decide to make one anyway, I want it to include Seasons careers.

I believe his sets the aspiration by personality :)

Great work!  This is the kind of mod I've been looking for.  Does it include a "re-roll" or "refresh" feature if the LTW isn't what you want for your sim?  Or even if your sim has a "mid-life crisis" and wants to change completely?

I use the College Clock from More Awesome Than You, which can be found here:

Two nice things about this:  the clock is cheap (only 5 simoleons) and you can keep your game on pause.  Just click on the clock, highlight "My LTW is Lame", and keep clicking the clock and checking your LTW bar until it shows one that you like.  Then save the game, and either delete the clock or just keep it around for future use.

(Note:  I have all EPs installed, including Seasons, and have never had a problem with compatibility issues)

If there's an easier way to do it I'd be interested in hearing it, but this is the best I've found.

I tried to give my Sim the Adventurer Career LTW, but it wouldn't show up. It did show up for other Sims. I posted a question about it and found that the Sim wasn't outgoing enough. Discussed here:

OK. I understand that this Sim didn't have all the prerequisites, but isn't that what this mod is all about, circumventing those prerequisites? Or did you just bypass the Aspiration check?

I was using FFS Lot debugger to cycle through the available LTW's, not a random LTW picker. I cycled through the LTW's several times for that one Sim to give him the Adventurer Career, but it just would skip past that choice in the cycle.

I just updated this mod to include the Adventurer Career LTW.

I love your extensive hack collection.  I know that if there's a sim behavior that makes me feel like ripping my hair out, I can just look here and problem solved.

Thanks for fixing this, I was trying to isolate which mods was preventing my sims from getting that ltw.

Question, will I need to reroll the ltw of all my sims so they can fulfill it after I install this new version?

You may need to depending on which ltw they had :)
