I'd probably remove the white ruffle-thing from the hemline too; cute in the original pic but doesn't quite work on the Sim dress. Thus, the blue of the dress would meet the rainbow socks w/o showing skin. It would still be very sexy and cute, and a Sim could wear it to class or work. I hope it would be for teens and adults.

Marvine did a fabulous alpha skirt on this heels mesh, I'll try an recreate this for you on that mesh. This mesh is not available for teens though.
