This is allready done in MTS2, but i editet my old ones a littlebit. All in the same zip-file. But named well. After you have done so, you have to extract it to Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads. If you have no folder called "Downloads" you can create one, but you have to make sure it's spelled exactly the same as I have spelled it (plural, with a capital "D").

Move the .rar/zip file out of your Downloads folder and extract its contents to Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads. As with most Sims or Lots, you'll find a Sims2Pack file inside; double-click it to install it to your Downloads folder. It's preferable, however, to use a program known as Sims2Pack Clean Installer (http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/) to install Sims, Lots, or other CC packaged in a Sims2Pack file. It'll get you past a common bug that prevents you from installing a Sim or Lot due to not having the proper Expansion Pack installed.
