Features: 4 beds (5th possible in basement), 3 baths, open plan livingroom, kitchen, dining area, driveway, garden, apple tree, fully furnished with Maxis, and landscaped. The basement is left open to your own decorations. Built on a 2X2 for slower PCs like mine, LOL. Cost: 75,876 simoleons, not bad.
