I'd try redownloading it and see if it works. Otherwise, you may have an old version of WinRar? I've got 3.42. I know the files I uploaded are OK though, I'd definitely redownload first.

There is the base body, which defines how the sim lookes nude. For whatever reason the developers set it up with separate meshes for outfits instead of 'draping' them over the models. Guess it was too complex to use for real time play.
So, the point is, the 'nude' models define how the sim looks in the shower, how she looks in clothes depends on the clothes mesh. So if your not careful you can have the increadible size changing breasts! It won't be quite as extreme as that though... there are screenshots over in the preview threads for the Hi-Res project.

If you make the father using a skintone that uses one of my sizes too, there's a 50% chance a daughter would inherit *that* size. Basically it works like any other custom skintone, if the sim inherits the skintone, the meshes will come with it.

However there is much more variety in the newer Hi-Res set, this set is very outdated.
