I thought I'd put my last teen PJ's into maternity ones.

Then, once your teen gets pregnant, use a hack (like squinges wear anything while pregnant, Insim's Wardrobe adjuster, or Tom's clothing Tester-from the testing cheat) to change your teen into one of these outfits (presuming that you have bought them that is :))

The .rar files don't go in your game (neither do zips!), its the contents. You need to download a free trial for Winrar and then extract the contents to your downloads folder.
