A couple of suggestions for him would be the Regency hair by SussissogoodSims (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=220214), or since he seems to favor them in real life, a baseball cap turned around backwards. To be honest, I have a good video card, but my pictures became noticeably better when I stopped using the in game camera and switched to Gadwin Printscreen (http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/). If you don't have it, I highly recommend it. And I highly recommend it even if you do have it already.
