Hi All!

Just a quick update of some in-game shots I took of the new top sizes I just finished... the magnets are done for all sizes now, and I've got my technique for the clothes worked out, so we should start seeing releases soon :D

These are just the Nude Top meshes for each size I haven't shown before.  The 34A, 34B Default and 34DD Enhanced are shown in the top post of this forum (and I couldn't fit any more girls in the test family :P)

By request from other creators, these meshes will replace the old meshes, so any outfits created for the previous set will be updated with the new shapes automatically.  

Note these sizes are more accurate than the names of my previous set, as the only one I increased the size of the chest/torso was the DDD... hence they are all 34's except DDD.  This allows me more variation for custom sizes later on.

Anyway, on with the show!  Feedback is VERY welcome!

I changed it because I have a better understanding of how the whole size numbering system works... the size is actually the same, the numbers on the old set were wrong since they all had the same actual chest/torso size, just different sized breasts.  This set I named them correctly, I actually increased the chest on the DDD by about 10% so I called it a 36 instead of 34.  This allows me to do future sizes using a variety of upper body sizes as well, but I'm starting with the 34" base.

So there could very well be a 40DDD later on, we'll see... ;)

Great work! I really want to thank you for all the hours you put in your projects, I love them. You make playing the sims more fun.

GREAT JOB! These are looking incredible. I'm curious to see one of the larger chested models "relaxing" on the bed. I find that in alot of large chestd meshes, this makes the breasts sort of fold on top of themselves. But since you increased the polycount, has this been fixed?

I never noticed it before in my previous set, I'll check it out though.  They generally animate very well, except for some minor arm clipping.

Mostly I'm waiting on the new Milkshape, so I can do the full-body nude base... once that's out I can really get started.  Most of the pieces are in place now.

Warlokk, thank you for making these.  I have to admit that you've inspired me to not only register here, but to re-install Sims 2 after almost a year just to try out your new meshes.

A few questions though, if I might be so bold:

1. You say you're waiting on the new Milkshape.  Any idea when that might come out?

2. There's a fairly extensive collection of clothing for your old, low-res versions.  Have you tried re-skinning those old clothing textures onto your new meshes?  How well do they turn out?

3. Would you please, pretty please, keep going with sizes?  I'd think you could fit in at least a G and H cup (DDDD and DDDDD if you keep going that route), which would certainly stand out and have some clipping problems, but would be at least within the bounds of some realism.  As well, why not keep going with 40" and 42" bottoms?

Nope, but I don't imagine it'll be too long now... I check their site daily to make sure I don't miss it.

I plan to make the new meshes replace the old, with the same references... so outfits made for the original set should continue to work just fine with the new ones.  Skintones are the only touchy ones, since the nipple texture needs to line up properly with the new mesh.

I may do some larger sizes after the base set... I need to keep my plans manageable though or it would be overwhelming.  Oh, and 40" bottoms will be part of the set.

Sounds cool, I've heard a quite few times that bigger is better.
Besides, the clipping of larger breast sizes may look funny and be unrealistic, but some of us dont care about the clipping and visual negatives when it comes to the fact that there are actually some sizes that large for us to play around with in the game.

Just dont go and overwhelm yourself, make sure to take any breaks or vacations you need.

Wow, I can hardly wait to try these out for myself.  Everthing looks so great.  And I am happy to hear they will overwrite the old files so we don't need to discard or refit our modified clothing items.  That will save everyone a lot of headaches.  Thank you.

As for the clipping issue.  I'm practically sure everyone has experienced some sort of clipping problem when they combine a full-chested model with a community-created long hair mesh.  I know you can't do anything about that (besides most of my females have either short or up hair so they can wear earrings) but it's nice to hear you have concerns about it becoming grossly obvious.

On the other hand (for laughs), I wouldn't mind seeing a mesh for a female that was so "gifted", when she held a baby or toddler, it disappeared. :smt118:

guess not... too bad, but hey that 34 D enhanced looks good.

I'm using the defaults here as the base for everything else, and I'm using just the one skintone set for testing... so if it looks good on the base, it should work fine on the other sizes too.  I'm playing with the UV mapping on the larger sizes to make sure the stretching doesn't get out of hand too.

I have a default replacement for teens and adults, posted here as separate downloads.  The completed sets will have larger and smaller teen shapes included in the respective adult sizes for the skintones, and clothing for the various teen sizes will be available as well.  I'm figuring S, L, XL with M being the default, for both top and bottom.

Yep, the screenshots for that one are in the other screenshot thread, I could only get 8 sims on the lot so I only put the new ones here... the 38DDEnh will likely be the first ones released, it's what I'm working on now.

Would it be possible to get the UV maps to make more custom skins?

Oh, and the default replacements look really good in game!

I uploaded a UV map set, which could be used to adjust the textures... you'd have to use something like Photoshop or PaintShopPro that allows layers, I would think.

As for alien skintones that would work, I use the Paradise defaults in my game, and they line up pretty well... he has an alien replacement too, I think.  Paradisesims.com I believe is the website.

Not sure when... the first version of this is available though, just with not as much clothing.  It's here in my section, the Original BodyShape sets.  The new ones will be right here.

These the only skins i use now and all line up great with ya mesh :) look great ingame. looking forward to the release of your new ones

Two questions:

1. Will the T-Shirt versions have the nipples (I would prefer not)?
2. Will you make a full body mesh with a belly? Most of the rounder girls on the market are not up to your standards. Fantastic stuff really.

1.  Not the initial one.  I *may* create one later, I haven't decided... I've already created a base for another project, so I may make sizes for it.

2.  I will look into custom body shapes, possibly with modified waist sizes, after the main set is done.  I have a few ideas.
