But because I have kids in my home I can't have "adult" skins in my game, but it's really annoying to have all but their heads disappear in the shower ;-)

The meshes are in the same rar file as the skintones. You must download those meshes for this to work (not having the meshes is the reason the bodies disappear when showering).
