As per request (and because I don't have NL), the garage area is a big empty space with sliding doors - good for a rec room. To the best of my knowledge, the driveway space and one half of the building are large enough to be converted into a working garage. This would park one car inside, plus probably two more on the driveways. The garage is a separate building, with side access to the house. The house has three bedrooms (all enormous), sunroom, family room with fireplace, spacious library, formal lounge and dining. Service areas include a laundry, downstairs toilet, kitchen and breakfast nook. There is a patio at the back. The house is mostly furnished, in luxurious style, but with plenty of scope for redecorating. Believe me, there is room for whatever furniture you like to add! The master suite includes a spa and ensuite. Phone and alarm systems are in place.
