The one used in the picture is comming from Fat D design kit http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=114495 Actually it's a wall hole. When looking for photo sources on Bunker/blockhaus I didn't find one with a door.. So I have no idea what they look like. I still hope this will inspire someone to make a loophole.
