You create a new sim, choose the skintone on this thread.(or the one on the adult site) Dress her with the clothing you find following the links here and put her in the game. :) The files here are for the nude body to appear correct in the shower. Following the links will bring you to the outfits wich give the bigger belly. For the everyday clothing you will need a hack, you find the info there. I have 3 skintone's for her myself but they are not really regular, if you like i post them..... The mesh has a bigger belly but since the mesh is also the shape of the clothing you only can use it with this outfit.(uh oh eh??) But i did make other clothing meshes for it and there are alot recolors. There are also 2 dresses arround and teens stuff.
