Title: Noukie cute tail recolor part 2 Post by: dachshundsr4me on August 27, 2007, 03:13:50 pm (Insim exclusives , these will only be uploaded here) OK well I made 1 recolor yesterday and that did not seem to be enough for me. Anyway I made four more streaked recolors. I hope you like them. They are recolored for all age groups and they are animated. I think the recolors turned out good. I know I like them. You will need the mesh (cute tail) found on page 4 in the nouk section of Noukie sims 2 website:
noukie sims 2 (http://www.noukiesims2.net/) Just have fun with them. You can use my recolors in your custom sims and upload them. I am not picky about that. Just make sure you give Noukie sims credit for the mesh. Also let me know what you think of them as this is new for me...recoloring hair. I am working on my next set and this one my simmer friends is a newer mesh on the scenes. I have not seen any punk, fun colors on the new mesh I am working on so keep your eyes peeled and tuned in as I will be posting this one either today or tomorrow. :)

http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=148742 As far as program I use to pull up the hair layers into I use paint.net that can be found here: paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/) It is a free program unlike paintshop pro or photoshop that costs a small fortune. I use this camera mod to get the nice close up photos: camera modification (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=97642) You just take the files and place them in your camera file in your game and they overwrite the EA files and allow for closeups. Then other then that play with it and have fun. You can always start over again if you do not like your creations. So do not worry if they do not look good at first. Just enjoy it.
