Title: Scalad's and Scampy1's Mansion1
Post by: scalad on September 11, 2007, 08:12:30 am
This house took me around three weeks to complete. It is a 2-story house. On the roof there is an entertainment area with a spa, bbq, patio furniture, a chess game, plus some comfortable lounge chairs for your sim to relax on. There is three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All on the 2nd floor of the house. On the 1st floor there is an open hallway, one bathroom, a kitchen , a separate dining room. On the ground floor outside there is a swimming pool and swing. The lot is fully furnished and decorated. The price is $184,731(or $184,451 both prices showed up in my game) on 3x3 lot.

All custom content is included.

Thanks to Parsimonious for the plants and plants in vases:http://www.parsimonious.org/

Thanks to Holy Simoly for the Sorrento Dining Table and Chair: http://www.holysimoly.com/

This lot is allowed to be uploaded with your neighbourhood( on a free site only!) but check the creators of the custom content about their upload policy. Thank you! I have all expansions and stuff packs including Bon Voyage which you need for this house!

Thank you for the lovely comments! One question, what was the price of the house come up in your game was it 184,731 or 184,451? I have had both I will correct  it when I am told. 184,451 is the price that just came up in my game today. Unless I didn't read the lot price correct before. Thanks.
