Built on the smallest lot available, with six rooms to choose from.I left the lobby pretty much uncluttered on purpose for those that wanted to add any food items,etc. It's tiny, but it helps.As always, with my lots for now, use the Clean Installer, as I can't seem to get rid of/find the phone line controller hack that's in my lots,lol.

You don't mention what EPs you have installed - I see elevators and the restaurant podium in the design so I guess Nightlife is required at least?
