As a survivor of childhood cancer myself I see no issue with this, and welcome it.

It is the first ill sim (save for the Old English Plague sims over on MTS2) I have ever seen. It's a wonderful piece of work you did. Showing how things are, and making us all able to care for this sim, and like someone said, able to make him better. Well done.

It seems that EAxis isn't aware of people with mental and physical disabilities. He is also a very good looking sim if i do say so myself (which i do). ;)
