Title: Fashion & Style Post by: steveuk on October 13, 2007, 11:51:00 am Hi everyone, this is my first upload for ages. I based it on the H & M clothing company but the design is similar to a Next store which is close to me.
I noticed that Fizzbin has also posted a similar community lot so I do apologise. I do think there are enough significant differences to have both in your game though :angel: . Apart from selling clothes, I have also incorporated a salon and on the first floor, a fashion catwalk. EP Required Seasons and lower. SP Required H & M (I have others but do not think any content is used from them). Lot Includes Ground Floor - Clothing area - Salon - Coffee shop First Floor - Toilets - Fashion catwalk Lot Size 4x3 Cost 229,374 CC No custom content used Note: To be able to stage a fashion show, you will need the Fashion Show Controller from the fantastic Paladins Place; http://208.109.175.73/fashion/fashion.htm Sorry that some of the pics are a bit dark...I forgot to turn on the lights :iconbigg: Edit: I'm definately out of practice....I forgot to put the exterior view pic first....sorry!
