You may locate versions of his mods on other sites, you should seek support for the mods by those sites that host the work.

BBB, as far as anyone supporting Squinge's mods, there is no one. http://www.graveyard.com has a repository of some of his mods, but make no claims to offer any support or updates for them. Jordi's only commitment that he's made is to update an Inteen version of PWAC for BV. He's been requested to make one for without Inteen, but has made no comment on that proposal.
