Title: Beach Coastal Lot 3 Post by: lewisb40 on October 17, 2007, 11:53:33 pm Well really, it's not a coastal lot, but I use it on my cliffs close to the ocean coast. It works well in Bluewater District neighborhood, because the basement is built higher, but can be place in any neighborhood you chose. It was inspired by a lot at Locoplus, a site with sims lots. I needed a little more room than that lot has so I did it over, my style for my type of gameplay.
Lot size: 2X3 Cost: 105,600 simoleons Amenities: 3beds, 3baths attached, slope, garage, recreation area in basement, open plan living room, dining room, kitchen, wood deck, landscaped and furnished. The second bedroom was not furnished, but can be used for a nursery and child's room. Currently, my sim family have an infant and toddler in that room.
