Could someone please tell me if there is a trick to getting in the tents at the campground in Three Lakes? I thought you just clicked on the tent, but I get a gray arrow. Please help me again. Thanks

You won't be able to rent or use a tent if you are already check-in in a hotel though or if you are staying in a vacation home. You can only be check-in at one place at a time. You can cancel your reservation in a hotel at anytime though but you will be charge a full day and go stay at another place.
