Title: can't install .NET framework v2.0 for SimPe Post by: OpenHouseJack on November 15, 2007, 01:43:50 am i had to reformat my computer, now i want to install simpe to do object recolors and to try mesh making again, but i need Microsoft .NET framework v2.0, when i tried to install it, it won't let me, it says, i need Microsoft installer 3.0.
i downloaded that, but it says my win xp cannot be validated. is there other ways to instal Microsoft .NET framework v2.0 ?? Theres also a new version of Mircrosoft .NET Framework, Version3.0, i tried that one, but that didn't work either. :computer::computer::computer::computer: Title: can't install .NET framework v2.0 for SimPe Post by: billyd1000 on November 15, 2007, 09:43:28 am If you are runnjng a legal version of Xp and are having problems validating it after the re-installation, you can call MS and explain your situation. They should be able to resolve this issue. I have had the same issue when reinstalling MS Word and other Office Apps, they have always been helpful and fixed the issue while I was on the phone. Might be worth a try! -Bill
