I don't know if you are familiar with the story behind this song or not. It was written by then 16 year old Mike Brown who fell in love with the bass player's girlfriend Renee Fladen. He also wrote 2 other songs inspired by her on the LB's first album. She never loved him back and eventually left NY to move to Boston. She now lives on the west coast and teaches opera.
