The dress has some sleeves. I have this in my Defaults Folder in my Sims2 directory but if that doesn't work for you guy's put it in your Downloadfolder. I seperated the hands and legs from the outfit, makes it ezier to recolor. You need Simpe to recolor this outfit as it is a replacement and remember you can only have one Default replacement. Bloom I allready made a recolour just need to sort out the black neckline.
