This is the terrain I made to go with my City Living series of lots. This is small and flat for those that like to play that way. Again, there is nothing special except that my lots fit perfectly and create an urban feel. Enjoy! This is a terrain only. The houses are not included with it. To install this terrain, you extract all of the files to ...My Documents\Ea Games\The Sims 2\SC4 Terrains. Once in there, go into the game and click 'New Neighborhood' or add a sub-hood to your existing hood. It will be named City - Chicago - Southwest Side. If you want the lots that go with it, visit my site, http://www.vjdevelopment.com. Sorry about the mess when you tried to install the IKEA EP. That happened when I installed Kitchen & Bath so I can really sympathize! I've never downloaded a new neighborhood terrain as I didn't have a clue how to install it. This will be the first...lol.
