It was only available for teens and adults so I re-did it using the toddler & boy skater hair mesh by melodie9 to make it available for toddlers to elders.
So you will need the toddler & boy skater hair mesh by melodie9 from here (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=81403) for these to show up in your game. They come in the 4 basic Maxis hair colours.
