I made family house 3 floors. Building lot is 3x2 and house cost 43 700. 1 floor: living room, wc, kitchen, hallway 2 floor: two bebroom 3 floor: bedroom and wc You need University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage expansion packs.
