It would make a perfect starter home (if it weren't for the large price tag LOL) for a large family as there's plenty of room to play around with. The lot comes fully furnished with Maxis Default objects and decor. I'm sorry to admit but I lost track of which default objects from which EP I used so please, PLEASE use CleanPackInstaller if you have not got the following EPS:
