Title: Perfect for the Romance Sim... Post by: lewisb40 on February 20, 2008, 06:58:58 am I built this lot with Don Lothario in mind. He is my favorite Romance sim, so much so, I extracted him from Pleasantview, and cloned him to place in my neighborhood I am playing now. :D
Lot: 2X2 Cost: about 90,000 simoleons Amenities: 2 beds, 2baths, livingroom, eat-in kitchen, entertainment area, swimming pool, fireplace, hottub, landscaped and furnished with Maxis. Some custom content. I made it for Bluewater District, that's where I think it looks best. Place it anywhere you want in you game. ;) Custom Content Included: Loco Floor 14 by Loco-Plus (http://loco-plus.xrea.jp/recolor.html) Glasshouse 4 recolor by Piggis-Sims (http://www.piggis-sims.net/) Birch Tree Shurbby by Khakidoo (http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=325636) Modern Windows set by GDandy (http://simsfashionbarn.net/SMF/index.php?board=51.0) Shower Divider by Simgedoehns (http://www.simgedoehns.de) Brown Slate Roof recolor by vjdevelopment.com (http://www.vjdevelopment.com/) Other Way Siding 3 by Wil (http://simscrossing.freesmfhosting.com/index.php?board=99.0) A lot of the custom items I used have recolors I couldn't find in the package.
